The offer includes:

Surcharges on site:

• Garage parking: €15.00 per day or €10.00 for outdoor parking (subject to availability).

• Extra charge for 1 child up to 11.99 years per night in double rooms: €35.00.

• Tourist tax is not included in the price: €2.00 per person per night. Children up to 12 years free, children 12–18 years pay 50%.

Double Room with Balcony (24 m²): Air-conditioned, equipped with SAT TV, telephone, sofa (for 1 additional person), desk, minibar, safe and hairdryer. Sea side orientation.

Standard Double Room with Balcony (20 m²): Air-conditioned, equipped with SAT TV, telephone, sofa (for 1 additional person), desk, minibar, safe and hairdryer. North-facing orientation.

Superior Double Room with Balcony (21 m²): Air-conditioned, equipped with SAT TV, telephone, sofa (for 1 additional person), desk, minibar, safe and hairdryer. Sea side orientation. Renovated in 2024.

Family Room (2 adults + 2 children up to 12 years): Newly renovated, featuring modern design and high-quality furniture. Consists of a bedroom with double bed, separate living room with sofa bed for 2 children, and bathroom with shower and hotel cosmetics. Both the bedroom and the living room feature flat-screen TVs. Coffee machine and kettle are also available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• A valid credit card is required upon check-in.

• At check-in, 120% of one night’s stay will be pre-authorised as a guarantee for any expenses or damages. After check-out and settlement of all charges, the pre-authorised amount will be released in full.

• Check-in: from 14:00.

• Check-out: until 10:00.
