Methods and conditions of payment

• The credit card will be charged for the entire amount according to the conditions of the accepted offer.
• At check-in, guests’ credit card will be pre-authorized in the amount of 120% of one night’s stay, as a guarantee for incurred costs or damage. After check out and payment of all used services, the pre-authorized amount is returned in full.
• We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Maestro and Visa

• The credit card will be charged in the currency shown on the offer/proforma invoice and on the issued invoice.
• Your personal information, as well as your credit card information, is fully protected. Data transfer takes place via the security server.
• Refunds to the credit card are made under the following conditions:
• • A refund can be requested according to the terms of the offer.
  • The refund will be processed in the same way as the transaction was made.
• In case it is not possible to charge the credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

General business terms

• Check-in at the facility is possible after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Check-out from the facility must be done by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Please note that children aged 12 and over are considered adults and charged full price. When booking accommodation, you are obliged to add children older than the above to adults.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
• If you want to change or cancel a reservation, you can make changes online, in accordance with the Reservation Cancellation Terms.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change the reservation if the reservation system has been misused or if it was made by an obvious mistake of the user.

Statement on the protection and collection of personal data and their use

GPP Mikić d.o.o. collects only the necessary, basic personal data of customers that are necessary for the fulfillment of business obligations. Collected personal data is strictly preserved, used only for the purposes for which it was collected, and access to it is provided only to authorized employees.

All employees of GPP Mikić d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Statement on protection of personal data transfer

Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679-Regulation and Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation

Monri WSPay, as an executor of credit card authorization and billing, handles personal data in its capacity as a processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on data protection and data transmission.

Monri WSPay uses an SSL certificate of 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when registering and transferring data.

Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and billing, i.e. to fulfill obligations from the Agreement or based on the Agreement, are considered confidential data.

The following personal data of the customer are required for the execution of the Agreement (authorization and payment):

• Name and surname
• E-mail
• Phone
• Address
• Place
• Zip code
• State
• Card type
• Card number
• Duration of the card
• CVV card code

Monri WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purposes of executing the authorization contract and billing.

Monri WSPay guarantees the fulfillment of all conditions specified by the current regulations on the protection of personal data for the executors of personal data processing, and in particular the taking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
