Right by the sea, with sunset views and an elegant, relaxing atmosphere, Mulino is the ideal destination for an all-day holiday mood that continues in a gourmet rhythm.
During Sushi Friday nights, guests can enjoy top-class Japanese cuisine prepared live by guest sushi master Mario Starman – a pioneer of sushi in Croatia and founder of the iconic Takenoko restaurant. His precise technique and deep knowledge create a culinary experience that exceeds expectations.
The carefully crafted menu highlights nigiri classics with tuna, salmon, and ebi shrimp, a variety of hosomaki rolls – from tuna, salmon, and avocado to the negitoro style with spring onions. Raw fish lovers will enjoy the sashimi selection, including the luxurious toro, while the Malin Plate is perfect for those wanting to try several flavours on one plate.
Don’t miss the signature uramaki rolls – from crispy shrimp tempura (age ebi) to creative combinations with blue crab or tuna. Starters such as chicken and vegetable gyoza, ebi tempura, and light edamame and wakame salads perfectly complement the evening and prepare your palate for the main sushi experience.
