During Sushi Friday nights, guests can enjoy top-class Japanese cuisine prepared live by guest sushi master Mario Starman<\/strong> – a pioneer of sushi in Croatia and founder of the iconic Takenoko restaurant. His precise technique and deep knowledge create a culinary experience that exceeds expectations.<\/p>\n

The carefully crafted menu highlights nigiri classics with tuna, salmon, and ebi shrimp, a variety of hosomaki rolls – from tuna, salmon, and avocado to the negitoro style with spring onions.
