Conditions:
- Rent includes: stay for up to 6 persons (5th and 6th person for free), electricity, water and gas.
- Bedding and towels are included in rent
- Residence tax is not included in the price
- Final cleaning amounts 25 Euros and is not included in the price
- Guests should pay a deposit of 100 Euros that will be return to them at the check-out if there is no damage.
- Check-in after 2 PM on the arrival date. Check-out before 10 AM on the departure date.
